1 – Getting a scientific degrees from one of the programs provided by university.

2 –Being not less than 21 years old .

3 – Committing to good behavior , without being sentenced to a felony involving moral turpitude or dishonesty.

4 - Submitting the required papers (A personal photo – A copy of the national ID card - or a copy of the passport - A copy of the graduation certificate) and filling in the registration form.
